On Friday, December 26, 2014 of Kensington, MD. Beloved husband of Mary D. Ford; father of William F. (Barbara) Ford, Jr., David P. (Anne) Ford and Christine F. (William) Clay; twin brother of Robert (Betty) Ford and the late Anne Behrendt; grandfather of David P., Jr., Elizabeth Anne, Jennifer, Eileen, Caitlyn, Tami, Brian, Kelly and Kevin. Also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Avenue and Cable Drive, Kensington, MD on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 10 to 10:30 a.m., with Memorial Mass at 10:30 am. Inurnment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. My deepest condolences to you all. It's been many years since we've had contact, going back to growing up on 34th Street in Southeast DC and attending St. Francis Xavier , but I have nothing but the fondest remembrances of Bill and the entire Ford family. My most enduring memory is the kindness Bill and Bob showed in taking me to the father-son communion breakfast the year after my father died.
