Dear Mr. Ward, Jen, Jimmy, Brian and remaining family:
I am incredibly sorry for your loss, and truly don't know what to say. I'm still in shock over the news. To me, she wasn't "Sue" - but rather "Mrs. Ward" out of sheer childhood respect. I loved your mother for all the laughter & memories she provided to the neighborhood kids (which God knows was a tough job considering our snotty attitudes at times ;-). She'll be sorely missed. Please let me know if I can help with anything.
