So sorry to hear of Babs passing. She was a fun and friendly coworker of mine at the Ankeny phone office for many years. I used to travel through Waterloo and a few years back by chance ran into Babs and we had a nice visit. My sincere sympathies to her family.

So sorry to hear of Babs passing. We had some fun times in High School. She was the nicest, sweetest girl I new and would always take my short jokes in stride with a smile and a laugh. I moved away from the area many years ago and did not know of the medical issues she had, but those are all past now. She has a perfect body and all the suffering is past.

I am truly sorry to hear of Babs'passing. I would like you all to know that Babse,as we called her at the Telephone Co.was also one of our faithful members of the Birthday Girl group. We would meet once a month to celebrate at a nice place to eat,(usually Bishops). When I retired from the Waterloo Office, Babs came to visit with one of her faithful puppies! We kept in touch and I continued to drive up to visit with Babs & whoever was still left in the group.
Please know I would attend except for my recent hip replacement that prevents me from attending the funeral. I will be thinking and praying for all the family as you pay your last respects to one fun loving lady as I will remember Babs. Many Blessings
