Since I am unable to speak or write words, my mom is going to help me express my feelings for you; my life lit up when you came into my world. You accepted and appreciated me for just being me... different; a little girl in a wheelchair that just needed a fella like you to let me know I was special too. Frank was one of our neighbors, his untimely passing left us in shock. He was kind and funny, just a great person who will be missed. He told 'great stories' and had a 'big heart.' We on The Hill who knew him will miss his kindness. May the Family and Virginia find peace.
