What a wonderful slide show! Choked me up a bit. Such beautiful memories of a well-lived life. May they comfort you and your family in the days ahead, Jim.

Mary Ann was clearly a giver who brought so much into the world. Can't imagine being a pediatric ICU nurse, so very difficult and so important to those she cared for and their families! And true to her roots, she loved eating crabs!! Love that picture ...

She must have been very brave through a difficult journey and no doubt inspired many. Her reward and her peace is well-deserved.

To my friend and colleague, Jim, and to all who knew and loved her, deepest condolences for your loss.

Thanks to everyone who honored Mary Ann with their presence at the funeral and cemetery service yesterday, and to everyone who has left an entry so far. Your thoughts and prayers are most appreciated.

Jim, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time. Even though I haven't seen her for a number of years, I will truly miss Mary Ann. When she visited Paul and Marie, we always visited at Starbucks to catch-up on family and friends. This was a great time. We also enjoyed eating Maryland steamed crabs at the condo. Jim, as Mary Ann's health deteriorated you were her devoted and loving caregiver. Your dedication to your beloved wife during her time of need was impressive and your reward will come one day in the future. Be comforted by the fact that Mary Ann is now resting at peace in heaven with her mother and they are having a wonderful time!
Love,

Lou Ann & Gary Jasper

We shared many a summer at our grandparents shore in Chesaco Park eating steamed crabs and corn on the cob while our parents played cards for hours. May you be in peace Mary Ann, may you rest in peace, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
