Janet M. (Breau) Beaudet, 56, of Bellingham, died peacefully, at home surrounded by her family, Sunday December 17, 2017, following an illness. She was the wife of Walter J. Beaudet. Born July 14, 1961 in Boston a daughter of Leonide J. Breau of Bellingham and the late Trinity D. (Volpe) Breau, she was a longtime resident of Bellingham. Janet was raised and educated in Bellingham, was a graduate of Bellingham High School and worked for the town in numerous capacities. She held positions in the Department of Public Works, the Treasurer / Collectors office and until her illness forced her to retire, she was the secretary to the Chief of Police in Bellingham. She enjoyed spending time with her family, crafting, knitting and going to the beach. In addition to her father and husband, she is survived by her children, Michael E.R. Roche and his wife Jessica, Amanda M. Mac lure and Gerald L. Mac lure all of Bellingham, 2 brothers, Gary Breau of California, Roger Breau of Uxbridge, 2 grandchildren, Madison, Amelia and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Saturday Dec. 23rd, at 9AM in St. Blaise Church, 1158 South Main St. Bellingham. Her interment will be held privately.
