Dear Thelma, I was saddened to learn of Keith's passing. Having lost my soulmate of 54 years just 2 and 1/2 years ago I feel and share in your pain. Maybe you will find it helpful in hearing what one of your fellow parishioners at SMUMC shared with me after Judy's memorial service. She said that it appeared as though I was struggling with my grief to which I had to agree. She went onto say that love and grief are directly proportional. I was confused and asked her to elaborate. She replied that had there had been no love there would have been no grief. And since Judy and I had had an intense love for one another the grief would of necessity also be intense. Tough to hear, you bet; but, they are words that I will cherish forever and a day. Thelma, Keith's presence may never again be known physically; however the treasure trove of memories he left you may sustain you now and for all of the days ahead. May god shed is grace on you and your sons in these darkest of days. With love, hugs and regards galore Ken Roberts....

Keith and I were partners in a multi-family summer home at Newfound lake. There were so many fun memories. Our children were young and boating and learning to water ski were dominant activities. Some of the precious moments were the antics of the adults and the delight of the kids. Keith was particularly good at "tubing", his dismounts (falls) gave everyone a laugh. Keith was always even tempered, his contributions to the partnership such as being treasurer/bookkeeper were many. Another activity was the "men's work weekends" where the male owners would spend the weekend doing improvements to the property such as building a new bedroom. The activity was fun, doing the activity with Keith was fun.
I have many fond memories - I will remember Keith as a wonderful father. I know both Craig and Jeff admired him. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know and to hang around with Keith.
