Sorry to be so late in offering our sincere sympathy to cousin Donna and the entire Lessa family... (After experiencing several weeks of illness and related hardships ourselves, we just verified that Eddy had passed away last month.)

While I will respond more fully at a later time, please know that I will always consider it a blessing and a providential opportunity to have seen him and prayed over him at Lincoln Nursing Home....

My fond memories of him at Beals family gatherings - especially his fascinating and thoughtful perceptions on the latest historical novels he had read - were just a few things I will always personally recall about this wonderful man.

Dear Lessa Cousins,
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Dad. It's a loss for all who knew and loved him. I will always remember Uncle Eddie's warmth, big heart, and laughter. He was funny, sweet and kind. He seemed to have a constant twinkle in his eye which was usually followed by a one-liner or witty comment, especially during our family gatherings. Uncle Eddie always made me feel as though he loved and cared. I will dearly miss him.
