I think of Fred every day for the past several months. I had not seen him in nearly 20 years when he passed away, but we did stay in contact, though not enough. I miss my friend very much and wish I could have seen him and spoken to him before he passed .

I met Fred while we were stationed together in RVAH-6 in Albany, GA. We were room mates. I was 19 years old when we met, I am now 61 years of age.

Fred and I have remained friends and have remained in contact, with only a short disconnect after my divorce from my first wife.

Fred was my friend and I loved him. I will never forget him.

2 Corinthians 5:1

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

2 Corinthians 5:8.

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

My sympathy to Fred's family, whom I never had the honor of meeting.

Bill
