I just a member of the Worlds Affairs Group for many years and when the co-host was left empty Margaret asked me to take the job. At first I was reluctant, but now after being in that position for many years thankful for her trust she had in me. I and we all will miss her and her interesting and valuable knowledge she had for about the world. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. Robert de Garavilla

I worked as Peggy's personal interpreter with the International Rescue Committee in Saigon, Vietnam, from l954 to l956. Peggy was the person who got me a four-year scholarship, through the Foreign Student Foundationtion, to study in the US, from 1956-1960. We have been keeping a close friendship ever since and I am always heartfully grateful for the very important and precious part Peggy has played in my life.
My deepest sympathy to the whole family.
A big, big hug and good bye, Peggy!
