Dear family, The Univ. of Va. Medical Alumni Assoc. has just let me know of your Mother's recent death. I am certainly sorry to get the news. Your Father was in our med. class of 1950. After the 2nd year he transferred to Harvard to complete his remaining training. Never did he lose his love of U.Va. and would return to reunions regulary at which time we would enjoy your Mother and Father. They remained a happy part of our get together's as if they had been here all along. Sincerely,Frank E.Taylor,M.D., class 1950,U.Va.--Charlottesville,Va.,22903

I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Oggie. She was one of my favorite customers in the service department at Jarvis Appliance and over many decades she was our loyal customer. She was a ray of sunshine. May she rest in eternal peace. Marcia Jarvis McGee

I will always remember Oggie in her tennis clothes coming to the office for a quick chat with Dr. Dalton. She was a very special woman. We have been sending Christmas cards to one another for over 37 years catching up on each other lives. Both of your parents hold a special place in my heart and I will always remember them fondly. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy . When roots are cut we pain. They live on in your memories and in your hearts. Fondly, Shelley Grod Tatelbaum (Dr. Dalton's secretary from 1968-1977)

So sorry to read of Oggie's death. I worked for Dr.Dalton as his office nurse for 20 years and the obituary describes the woman I knew very well. Ann Desmond
