Very sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. She was an incredible teacher and lovely person. I remember her very fondly from my years at RIC. Condolences to all family and friends.

Bonnie, Mark, and all members of the Matheson family--Jeri and I share your grief in your loss of Barbara. We will never forget her
nor her incredible artistic talent. We will never forget her friendship nor her laugh. I always looked forward to our phone chats
(usually one in the spring and one in the fall). May your happiest memories help to comfort you. Our love is with you.

So sorry to hear about Barbara''s passing! In the 1970''s I had work-study with her in the costume shop at RIC, and when I went back to school 20 years later, I had the honor of being dressed by her. I think of her often with gratitude and love. She was an amazing and talented woman !

I am so very, very saddened to hear of Barbara's passing. She was the most talented and amazing costumer that ANY institution, business or otherwise could have been blessed to have. We, at Rhode Island College, had the VERY BEST with her as our costume and makeup designer; her protégés continue to excel to this very day as a result of her caring and patient tutelage. I watched her cut and sew a sequin costume without a pattern and without the actress present...she did it all by memory and sight with no patterns involved. It is still the most incredible thing i have ever witnessed. Of course the costume fit perfectly, without alterations. She knew her craft, and I will never admire another as much as I admired her for her insane knowledge and ability. With much love and adoration, Miss Donna M. Molloy
