Sam has been a wonderful neighbor for many many years, and a really good person. He was very knowledgeable of many things and was curious to the end. He was so caring, and appreciated everything and everyone in his life, especially his kids. I really miss him.

To all the Connell's,
I cant tell you how sorry I am to learn of Sam's passing. I spent as much time with Sam and Hellen as I did with my own parents when I was a child while Hellen cared for me.

Memories of the house on Pine Street and Sams humor and his willingness to help anyone will always be with me.
Know that my sympathies are with you, and that he and Hellen are together again.

Dear Cousins,
Denise and I are so sorry for your loss. Uncle Sam was a very good man. He would come by Britton Ave and help out our Mom Katherine and Aunt Alice. After finishing whatever they may have asked him to do he would sit and visit and talk about their family ties. We will keep the family in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace Uncle Sam.
