My deepest sympathies to Peggy as well as all the family. I had the privilege of helping Bill deal with his illness and found him to be not only the kindest but a man of great humor and intelligence.
I think the best way to describe Bill is as a true gentleman. I will miss him and never forget him.

My condolences to the Sichol family. My wife Maryanne was employed by Sichol & Hicks. She had a respected and,warm relationship with both William and Brian.
