Brenda and family, it's been almost a year since Will left us, and I think of him and y'all so frequently. I cherish the time spent in the "hollow," the nights in the Dolan House, the communion wine in the little cabin, and the many hours of good conversation. Will was a blessing in my life; there will never be another like him.

I WAS AMONG 16 COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WHO ATTENDED THE 4TH SOUTHERN STUDENT HUMAN RELATIONS SEMINAR HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN IN THE SUMMER OF 1961. During the summer of 1996, I had the pleasure of visiting Will on his Tennesee farm. He autographed my copy of his book "Forty Acres and a Goat." He was an inspiration to many. Well done, thou good and faithful servant!
