Not sure what to say?

So sorry to learn this news - and a year late at that. Bill reached out to me and my family when my father (Philip Lynch, a fellow Seabee) died back in 2007 and was kind enough to include me on the distribution list of MCB-12 news. He also sent me a wonderful "Taste of Fall River" package a few years back which my kids still talk about. I had missed his email updates and sometimes amusing/often poignant stories - now I know why there have been none. RIP - you are missed and seem to...

Janice and Napert family. My sincerest condolences on your loss. My wife and I met you on a cruise a few years ago (2009 wow). Bill was one of those early to rise types and we ran into each other while looking for a coffee..
I thought something was amiss when the e-mails stopped. I checked further and unfortunately discovered his passing.
God bless the men and women who have served and presently serving.

My heartfelt condolences to the Napert family on the passing of the Master Chief. He was a great Navy man! I can still hear him booming out "...Alpha Company
attennnnTION!!". We miss you Master Chief! Thanks for your help to me when we served together in the 2 shop at Davisville

Oh Bill! Only today I found out about your death.. I am shocked.. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the Master Chief that you are. You will forever hold a place in my heart for all of the guidance you gave me during my military career. My sincere condolences go out to your family..

I love you Mr. Napert. I've known you since I was a baby. You, Janice, Kathy and Beth are family to us. My family and I were really lucky to have such awesome neighbors. You always made us feel welcome. I'm going to miss you. :(

Mrs. Napert, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Maria Helena Gervasio Pacheco, one of your former students at Laurel Lake School (1971).

RIP my friend. My heart is broken but so very thankful and privileged for the opportunity to have you in my life at all. Truly an honor. My sincere and deepest condolences to the entire Napert family. Your honorary bee.

Dear Janice,
Please know that you and your family have my sincere sympathy and condolences.
Bill was a true friend and an outstanding Seabee. He will surely be missed by all of us. We all enjoyed his sense of humor and friendship. I will miss him greatly! He was a gentle man and a Seabee in his heart to the very end. His loss will be felt by a great many.

A good friend and shipmate for the years that I was also a Seabee. I have asked for prayers for the repose of his Soul from the Cistercian Sisters of Mount Saint Mary's Abbey. This was their reply: "+M Dear Ron,
With sympathy, we remember in our prayers the soul of your dear friend,
William Napert, Jr., his grieving family, and all who loved him. Love is
eternal and life is immortal in our Risen Lord.
In Christ's Peace,
Your Wrentham Sisters"
