Mona Evelyn Wright, 80, of Plant City, formerly of Williston, born March 20, 1937 in Immokalee, entered into eternal rest July 6, 2017.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Williston and visited several churches in Plant City. She loved her Lord and her family, and she enjoyed music.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Wright; son, Lee Wright; parents, Robert and Evelyn Raulerson and brother, Eddie.
She is survived by her daughters, Vickie Wright of Plant City, Debbie (Robbie) Laughter of Lakeland, Suzy Wright of Daytona and Joanna (Troy) Whitman; grandchildren, Leah, Bobby, Laurel, Michael, Lee II, Calin, Olivia and Natalee; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Ashlyn, Ayden, Aleceia, Austin, Anneliese and Avery; siblings, Virginia, Pearl, Buddy, Ronnie, Gary, Becky, Kathy and John; and many other nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life was held Wednesday, July 12 at 11 a.m. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S, Plant City, where the family received friends. Committal followed at Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City. Expressions of condolence may be made at www.HopewellFuneral.com.
