Condolences to the Mills family.
As a member of the Parks & Recreation Department, I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Don on many of our department projects. He was always friendly, courteous, and professional in all his dealings and always with a winning smile.

To ALL OF THE MILLS FAMILY,
I only knew Don while in his position at the City of Windsor but wish you to know he was a man of solid integrity and always made our meetings comfortable and direct the likes of which has been missed since his retirement.
I wish to express my sincere sympathies for your loss and know from experience, only time will heal.
If it is of any comfort, he will not be forgotten by me.
Wishing all my best,
Doug Ives

My condolences. My Mother (Carole Ann Dunlop) worked with Don back in the Purchasing Department, quite a few years ago. She had nice things to say about her time there with him. God bless. - [email protected]

Mills Brothers & Family
Sorry to learn of your brother's passing.
Fond memories of us growing up in the 'BRIDGEVIEW" come to mind.
I hope the happy memories you once shared with him are a source of comfort to you at this time of need.

Dear Susan...
Truly took my breath away when I read of Mr. Mills passing. Know Dad will be overjoyed to see him, and this time he will remember who he was (unlike at Mum's funeral sadly). Remember Dad tearing up thinking he may never see his friend again when you and Mr. Mills were in Toronto waiting for his transplant, and then the bouts of laughter telling us about the grandson asking if Grandpa could now speak French since the lungs came from Quebec. Durham Place will never be the same!!
