I was just 13 years old, had just moved into our house on Radisson Ave. in South Windsor. It was the first day of high school, when a knock came to the door. There stood Gregg Bridgeman. He offered to take me to school, show me the way. That was the start of an incredible teen years. We played all sports, all the time. Never stopped. From his Dad always playing basketball in the driveway to awesome road hockey games all day long. We never stopped. He was a true friend and buddy during that time. After high school our lives went in separate directions. We ran into each other once I believe on the 401 either driving to or from Windsor.
I'm very sad we never met up again, even after Paul told me he was in Aliston, I was in Gilford, we were only twenty minutes away from each other. I am so sorry for his family....Gregg meant a lot to me in those years...our camping out in backyards, football, hockey, baseball....you name it...Thanks Gregg for taking me to school that day, and a great childhood....sorry to see you go old friend...way too young...

Mr. Bridgeman, I remember each and every day that I'd come to school in your office I would approach you and say hi as well as go on with telling you wonderful stories and we'd joke around about things. We'd go on and on and enjoyed each other's company. To be honest, you always made my day even better than they already were. I want to just thank you for always taking to the time to listen to me and always be there. Although you are gone, your soul still remains and all wonderful memories will remain with us all forever. My condolences to the Brideman Family.

Mr. Bridgeman was one of the most respected and looked up to teachers at Loyola. He just had a way with each and every student, even if they weren't one of his. He knew when to be tough, when to be tender, and his smile made the world a better place.
My deepest sympathies to the Bridgeman family and all who were close to him.

I remember him teaching us and one day he came with newly cut hair. One student said, "Did you get your haircut?" He said, "No, I got all of them cut". Even though this was a long time ago, I remember this because it was and still is funny.

Our sincere condolences and prayers....we always had lots of fun with Greg and his brothers.....that Radisson gang was a force to be reckoned with!! It is wonderful to see what a positive role model and dedicated professional Greg was.

Sending our deepest sympathy to the Bridgeman family. As students, we had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Bridgeman at Loyola in the 80's and it was wonderful to see him again at the last Loyola reunion. Sending our thoughts and prayers at this difficut time.
