I just knew James for a couple of months, but the impact he had on me is eternal. He was so helpful and so generous to every one who just stepped in his way.He gave me a lot of advice, help and knowledge. James, I still remember you on the farm, in school and on the bus on our way home. still remember meeting you in Cairo Airport on our way back to Benghazi. You showed me the books you had bought and filled my ears with your wonderful stories.James our loss is great and no one can fill your place in our hearts.

Condolences to the Scratch family. I will forever hold fond memories of Jim carrying my rifle through several feet of snow while on field marches in Ipperwash when we were in the Scottish. He was a kind, gentle teddy bear and will be missed.
