he truly was a blessed man and lived servant hearted , for his country , and family the winch family
Sorry to hear of Gerald's passing. He was a very good friend of my dad (DeWitt Small). Dad talked about Gerry until the day he died 8 years ago. My dad worked with Gerry in bringing bees to the cranberry marshes in the 50s. Gerry and my dad worked with many other growers and in the end cranberry production increased. Thanks to the little honey bee and people like Gerry cranberry success has grown in Central Wi. He was an Urban Legend. RIP
Our sympathy to the Brockman family on the loss of Gerald. His dedication to the cranberry community lives on.
Jon & Gloria Gottschalk
Maureen and family: My deepest condolences.
I'm so sorry Maureen and the entire Brockman family.
Barb and Bob: Sorry for your loss. May you memories of your Father comfort you.
Brockman Fanily: I am truly saddened with your loss . Gerry was one of the first growers to take me under his wing when I joined the UWEX staff in the early 70's. He was always available to me to answer questions or as a bounce-board for ideas. I feel he is and was one of my major mentors in my years in Wood County. I will always respect his input to the industry and to my support. God's strength to the family in your loss. Tod Planer, Palm Bay, FL./ Wisconsin Rapids.
I'm so sorry Maureen and entire Brockman family.
