Chief Frantz and family,
Please accept our condolences from the Pittsville Fire Department. I was able to teach for Chief Frantz back in the early 80's. I had a great respect for this gentlemen and I also learned a great deal from him on being a "Chief". We will miss him!

John Jr. & Family,

Sorry to hear of your Dad's "Chiefs" passing... He was one heck of a good instructor, and wouldn't have you do anything that he wouldn't/hasn't done before himself... He then would explain why he was giving you the instructions if they were not clearly understood. I will never for get him, or all that he taught me. It was a pleasure serving under him.
