To the Cahill Family
I am sorry for your loss. He had the biggest smile and was so proud ... I remember him coming to our softball games, way back in the day ;) and always smiling. You're in my thoughts

To Joe's Family,

I am very sorry about Joe's passing.

I had the great pleasure to work with him at DCYF-he was a most dedicated public servant who always did all he could to support the social workers and the children in DCYF's care. He had a smile and a can do attitude every day.

I also remember what a die-hard Notre Dame football fan he was-I bet he is looking down at you today with a big smile wearing a Notre Dame jersey. May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies to the Cahill family. Joe was a man admired by all. His,and your families countless hours ,volunteered to the youth of Woonsocket was greatly appreciated .
He was a great role model and will be sadly missed.
