Hi Grandma! I miss you so much! Today is the Battle Of The Sexes assembly at my school and I'm in the assembly with my fellow senior girls! We had to dress like guys! Haha! My name on my shirt is Tony. It's funny to me though because that's my boyfriend's name! Also I'm graduating in exactly two weeks! I might not be able to see you but I know you'll be there. It's on June 10th, 2017! I have noticed you watching over me! Been finding nickles everywhere! Well, I just wanted to update you on my life. I love you and miss you so much!

It has been some time now since you past Grandma. Even so the sorrow we feel will never go away, easier to deal with maybe, but it will always remain. My dad and I sadly did not make it to you before Pepere came to take you with him to heaven. I may only be 17 now, but everyone told me that it is now my responsibility to basically take your place as the matriarch of our family and keep everyone together as a family. I will never be able to replace you, even so I will do my very best to takeover your responsibilities. I love and miss you so, and I'm sure I'm not alone. I wish that I could ask you for advice. Now I know that one thing you wanted before you passed, and that was that you wanted to be able to get one tattoo. When I found that out I immediately made a stencil of the Patriots logo (a flying Elvis head) just for you. Now every time I give someone that airbrushed tattoo, I tell them that I do that tattoo in honor of you and your memory! I just wish I had had the time to give it to you first. I even remember how excited you were to see me graduate from high school in the summer of 2017. We were so close to you getting to see that day. Now you don't have to worry about finding transportation. See you again one day Grandma!

You will be sorely missed. You were an important part of my life as a young man growing up in Fairmount. There's a special place in heaven for you. Rest in Peace.
