Every time I hear that song I can picture the young man climbing that mountain to meet his love. It takes a rare and special talent to bring that about, and you, sir, had it. Thank you for sharing it with us, and may you rest in everlasting peace.

I was just getting into radio as a DJ around the time Wolverton Mountain came out and remember playing it many times. I will remember Claude always for that song.

Mr King thank you for helping the Clower family with Wolvertine Mountain. I know 1 of the girls the song is about.It's been my favorite song since the early 70's.
