Our Dear Mr. Gaines was a person who lived his life to the fullest. Now he's asleep hoping to hear the words Lazarus heard when Jesus resurrected him saying "Lazarus come out" meaning from the grave. So for now rest in peace.

Condolences to our dear "Miss Dorothy" and the entire family. I have so many fond memories of the close bond with our families. I knew our departed brother as "Louis Eddie". He was such a role model for me. My last visit with him was at our 2012 WVSU Homecoming. The Brothers family is blessed to have been a part of the Myers family. We love you.

I was great meeting Lou Myers at the West
Virginia State College Homecoming years ago ! I am thankful that we talked at the 2012 Homecoming ! Mr. Lou Myers will truly be missed.

My heart goes out to the family of this kind and gentle faced man. He will be remembered for all his roles. The ones played on TV as well as the one in life. He walks with the angels now and lives on in all of us whos hearts he has touched in one way or another. My condolences.
