Dear Mrs Crovatto, Jim and family, I was sad to hear of Dr Crovatto's passing today in a conversation with Jim. I have such fond memories of him from our days at Kent. Please accept my sincerest condolences on his passing. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr Crovatto was a great friend to my entire family while we kids were "growing up" and for years later. He gave me great career advice in my 20s and he later danced at my wedding in our kitchen ! I know my parents will especially miss him. All my condolences to Jane and her sister, her brothers, and her mother. I'm glad that you were all there for him and that he had a peaceful death. I personally think we will see our beloved family members again (don't tell me otherwise! ) and in the meantime I know your Dad is watching over you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. C this year. There are no words that can describe how much I adore this man. He and his family are absolutely stellar and a loving, admirable group of people. They broke the mold when they made Doc. His smile, his handshake, his jokes and stories....his love of medicine, his accomplishments, above all, the love for his wife and family. It was something you find once in a lifetime. When you meet someone like Doc, you know you are blessed to be in his space, to share time and make memories with him. I was so blessed to be a part of his life. I did not know him for a long time but we clicked from the start and I knew I was in the presence of greatness. I am honored and blessed. I will carry the memories in my heart and my mind always....he was and always will be Doc to me. My heart. Love you and miss you dearly! May peace and love carry your family through the hard times, may memories of you make them smile and remember all the beauty that you shared as a family. Love to you all.

Dear Family: My deepest sympathy to you all. I worked with Dr. Crovatto a number of years in the OR and always enjoyed his brilliance, as well as his smile. He was a favorite of many and his good will and caring will never be forgotten by those of us who knew him. Your tribute to our friend was just and glowing. May your fond memories see you through your loss and his love for you all, never be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Suzanne Manifold
