Our deepest sympathy to the entire family. Mr Neighbor, was the nickname our daughter gave Dave when we first moved in years ago and the name stuck. We will miss him.

Cathy...so many memories of your Dad & Mom and lots of time spent at your house when we were in high school. I remember being at your house for dinner and your Dad coming home from work, walking in the door, seeing me and saying 'you again?' with a grin. He was a character. He missed your Mom so much, and now is with her :) Our sympathy to your family. I know you will miss him.
