Dear Vickie and family of one of the sweetest lady's I've had the priviledge to have met while our lives just touched each other over the past 8 years. We met at CFO and now she's in Heaven with Hubby and family that has gone on before her. I love you Terry and I'll see you when I get there. God Bless You.
Your Sister In Christ,

We are so sorry to hear of Terry's passing.
I worked with Terry years ago and she baby-sat our kids. We all loved her.

I worked for the County many years ago and started with the County again over 2 years ago as an Office Manager for a District Judge. Terry looked over all of her Office Managers and we all knew that she was someone we could look up to or go to if we needed something. Anyone that came in contact with Terry knew what a great person she was. I am also blessed to know her sister Vickie, Gale and niece Rachel. Terry will be truly missed by all. My deepest sympathy to the family.
What a lovely lady and great person!! I met her in 1981 when I started working at the Court House. My condolences to her family and her many, many friends.
What a wonderful person it is so sad to have heard of this tragedy but I know she is happier where she is now! You will be missed ! Thanks for allowing me the pleasure to have known you. Shannon
My prayers and thoughts are with all of Terry's family. May you feel God wrapping his arms around you to comfort you in the days ahead. Terry was loved and such a wonderful friend to all who knew her.
What a cherished friend of over 30 years! Though you're gone in one sense, you will always be in my heart! Thanks for gracing my life with your love and friendship!
When I think of Terry I see her friendly smile and personality. My prayers are with her friends and family.
To Terry Family,
I extend by deepest sympathy to you. I was honored and bless to have met Terry about 10 Years ago at School at Wilson College. She was such a caring and full of life. When she talked about her family she always had a glow in her eyes. She loved life. When she met Ray she had a twinkle in her eyes. Our birthdays were around the same time and we always sent flowers to each other. I know when Terry passed she was greeted with open arm to our Lord. Her faith was a very important part of her life. She live life to the fullest. I will always treasure Terry memories in my heart. She is now your guardian angel and she is will always be watching over you. Terry was the kindest person that I have every met she she always there for people even it was by the phone. Terry, I will miss you dearly and I want to say it was such a privilege and honor to have know you, and I know when I look in the sky at nite there will be twinkling star and I know you will be watching over me. Love you Terry. God bless you family.
I was employed as the Assistant Court Administrator when Terry was hired as the second Administrator. We worked side by side for many years. I couldn't have asked for a better co-worker. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Terry knows what a truly wonderful human being she was. This is a tremendous loss. May she rest in peace.
I was proud to call Terry my friend for over 30 years. I first met her when I was a police officer with the York City Police Department and she was working in the District Attorney's Office. From that moment I knew Terry was a special person. She was a friend to all police officers. When you had Terry as a friend, you had a friend for life. There was nothing one would ask of her that she would not do if it was in her power to do it. She and her sister Vickie were the most passionate and caring people one could ever meet. I spoke with her prior to her retirement. She said she was so much looking forward to moving to Wyoming and babysitting her grandchildren. She finally made the move. Sadly, her joy was short-lived and the light in this world is dimmer now that Terry has left us. To all of the members of Terry's family my deepest sympathy.
Terry and I have been friends and colleagues thru the York Co Judicial system for many years, and I always knew her as the person who has always made that system run well. She was a caring, wonderful person who has left us much too soon. She will be greatly missed. JoAnn Teyral
Terry was a beautiful, caring, wonderful woman. She always had a way to make others smile and such a positive outlook on life. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to all her family. May God grant you peace and comfort you at this most difficult time.
My heart has broken since hearing of her leaving us. I loved her deeply in my heart. She was amazingly kind, sweet & so genuine. I pray she is at peace with Grandma & Grandpa, the love of her life Uncle Ray & At. Carol.
Terry was a wonderful, gracious, and kind woman in every way. She was not simply a coworker but a dear and cherished friend for over 30 years. My deepest condolences to her family who she deeply loved. May she rest in peace.
Terry and I began our lives in CFO at the same time. We were in the same prayer group several times including the year we prayed for a life partner for Terry (the next year, she was already married). Terry was very special.

Words cannot express how terribly sad we feel at this time. Through the years you were always a true and loyal friend, and a part of our family. Thank you so much for all your friendship, kindness and support during those years, and thank you especially for being Susie's friend. I know you are now at Home with the Lord and with my mom. You will forever be in our hearts and memories.
Terry was a dear friend of, not only my sister (Judge Sheryl Dorney), but our entire family. She extended help when needed and had a way of upliftling everyone's spirits. I will always remember Terry with a smile on her face. Our thoughts are with her family.
Terry was not my boss, she was my friend. She will always live in my heart and I will always hear her laughter.
In 2006 Terry hired me as her Administrative Assistant at which time I had the pleasure of finding out what a wonderful lady I was working for. She treated me like a daughter and I loved her so much. She always made sure I had a place to go for the holidays and was both supportive and caring. I have never known someone so amazing in every way. She was truly a blessing in my life. My heart goes out to the family, my deepest sympathy for the passing of a beautiful person.
Rest in Peace, my wonderful friend...
