Dear Horn Family and especially Rosie, My heart goes out to all of you on the passing of Russ. I only just found out this evening when my daughter was in Red Lion listening to a band and saw a memorial on the wall to Russ. She called me right away. I am so very sorry that I was not at his service but did not know until now. Being a friend of Russ and Eleanor was special, but it was because of him that I had a wonderful 22 year employment at BH. It's not everyone who can say they enjoy their job, but working for his company was a pleasure to be part of. His family was always first followed by Calvary United Methodist. He was a wonderful man who I now mourn with you. My love and prayers are with you.

The Board of Directors and members of WYVFW 8951 wish to extend our sincere condolances to the family of a "great" man. Colonel Horn has been a pillar of our community and our Post throughout our association over the years and will be sorely missed ! The world has lost a "fine gentleman" R.I.P. Russell

We were privileged to work with Russell Horn in the engineering field for over 30 years. “Russell” was a boss, a mentor and a friend. He set an example for hard work, fairness, and decision making and the engineering profession is diminished by his passing.
