I wish I could be there today, to say good bye to a great man. I have such fond memories of the fall square dance as a little kid. I can still remember Michael practicing for the pedal pull, he would hook a wagon filled with cement blocks onto his tractor and pedal around! I am so appreciative of Ralph's support growing up while I was in 4-H and FFA. Ralph was a wonderful man. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers today and in the days to come! Love you all!

Carol & Family,

I am so sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. In a way I feel like I am writing condolences to myself as Ralph always treated me like family. I have many fond memories of time spent at your home before football games in high school and summers during college breaks (when I practically lived there) while working on the farm. Although Ralph loved to work, it was clear from all the time I spent around him that he loved his family even more. To the entire Hanby family, it was an honor to have known your husband, father, brother, and grandfather. May God bless you all during this difficult time.

Carol and family, sorry to hear of Ralph's passing and I know my brother Chester would want to also extend his sympathy to you all. Since he's unable to do so, I wish to extend it on his behalf. At some point I think each of my brothers may have worked there on the farm and earning their first paychecks. I remember Chester, Mike and Marvin working together there and after work they'd go for rides on there motorcycles. Ralph may have lost money on them each time they came in to eat a meal, Chester alone could eat a lot. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and thank you for all that you have contributed to the community and my family.
