To the Hofmann Family, I am deeply saddened to hear of Bills passing. I remember him fondly as such an intelligent and caring human being. At CYO he was always the one you could count on to help whenever needed. But most of all he was always a gentleman in the truest sense! I am so sorry for your untimely loss.

Aunt Pookie, Cathy, Bob & Beth. I am sorry that I couldn't make it back for the funeral. You are all in my heart. I loved Uncle Bill so much. He was always so full of life. I will miss our crazy conversations ( most about college basketball) but I will always cherish the wonderful memories of the times we had together.

I just found out about Bill's passing today. I just had to express my sympathies. I am one of Bill's computer friends - so many years I can't count. At conferences and workshops, Bill always seemed to be there - the first one to help and lend his support! I could always call on him for assistance. He touched so many with his knowledge and warmth.

Our deepest sympathy to MaryAnn, children and parents of Bill. Although he was a playmate of long past, he and his family have grown close to us through his kind and loving parents Art and Arlene. We know you all will miss him terribly and we share your loss, but will always remember him as an Iowa kid and playmate of long ago. We will keep you all in our prayers and know that Bill is in a better place.
