I know Norma will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, and coworkers. Even though I hadn't seen her in several years, I know I could pick up the phone at any time and say, "as I was saying...", she was that kind of friend. This is a very difficult time for the family, but for Norma, it is the beginning of the very best!

Many people touch our lives and every so often one also touches our heart. The bright sparkle in her eyes, smile on her face and her truly genuine wit will be remembered by all who were blessed to have known Norma Hageney. The words, "Now Cindy..." will forever bring a smile to my mind. May the knowledge that she touched us all in such a special way help bring comfort to her family at this most dificult time.
