Jane was a great help to me over the years. I was medical libarian in a small hospital in Montana and her experience and perspective was helpful. It was always treat when I got to see Jane at library meetings. She was a wonderful colleague and will not be forgotten.

I was Vice President of Soroptimist when Jane was President. She was a dedicated Soroptimist. We were sorry when she moved and have missed her very much. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I regret that I was unable to attend her Memorial Service.

Through the Elizabeth Circle, I have so many wonderful memories of the times we spent participating in church activities plus sharing the joy of celebrating birthdays. A visit to Boise by Billie Jean, Pat, and I the last of September will always be special. She truly demonstrated her deep Christian faith as she faced the end of life. She will be missed!

Jane and I had a great trip to the Tacoma Museum and the Oregon Coast the year I retired. We had great fun shopping, too. I met her through Soroptimists. She was a great role model for appreciating the Soroptimists,

Jane was one of my first professional guides as a new nursing librarian in 1980. She introduced me to the joys of networking, and the benefits of working with people in all kinds of libraries. She got me into the Washington Medical Librarians Assn., and was a wonderful mentor.
