George Johnson Obituary

RICHMOND - George Randall Johnson, "Randy", 58, husband of Gwen Root, passed away Wed, Nov 19, 2008, at his home in Nashville, TN. He was born on June 17, 1950, in Lexington, KY to the late Zachary Taylor Johnson, Jr. and Helyn Laybourn Johnson of Wilmore, KY. Randy will be deeply missed by his friends and family, who include his wife and mother, his brother, Zack Johnson of Eden Prairie, MN; his sisters, Pat Arthur of Huntsville, AL, Cheryl Johnson of Louisville and Diana Clark of Nicholasville. Visitation will be from 2-4PM Sat at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home in Richmond. The family requests donations to Alive Hospice, Inc, in lieu of flowers, to thank them for their caring support during Randy's illness.
