Mae Rosenberg Obituary

Mae Katherine Rosenberg, 76, of Ellensburg passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 in Seattle. Mae was a hardworking lady, having started at the age of 14. On June 22, 1954, she married Don Rosenberg, and from this union they had five children. She loved to spend time with her entire family. Her hobbies included doing craft work and crocheting. She is lovingly survived by her husband Don Rosenberg Sr., of Ellensburg. Sons: Bob (Diane) Hughes of Oregon, Don Rosenberg Jr. of Ellensburg, Bill (Carol) Rosenberg of Lemon, South Dakota. Daughters: Sharon (Dennis) Hedrick and Karen (Steve) Engle all of Yakima. Fourteen grandchildren: Eric, Erin, Patrick, Cricket, Shane, Christopher, Miranda, David, Jamie, Andrew, Chelsea, Dakota, Kate and Curtis. Eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Gilbert and Mary Breitenstein, a son; Gilbert Breitenstein, a daughter Mary Rosenberg and two grandchildren; Twyla and Dustin. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Mom, you left us too soon. We ALL LOVE AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH. Memorials may be made to Don Rosenberg in care of Affordable Funeral Care, P.O. Box 1234, Ellensburg, Wa. 98926.

Don, and family,

I will always remember the times that when I needed a mom to talk to that Mae was always there too listen to me. And I will miss her very much.
