Henry Wagner Obituary

WAGNER Henry Adam Wagner, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the age of 83. He was the beloved husband of the late Adelene "Pete" Taylor Wagner. Loving father of Gary Wagner (Milene), Ricky Wagner (Mary) and Trudy W. McLaughlin (Danny). Son of the late Pauline Zimmer and Henry A. Wagner Sr. Brother of Pauline Felger and Edwin J. Wagner. Proud grandfather of Elizabeth Clark (Glenn), Jeffery Wagner, Troy Wagner, Adam Wagner, Eric Wagner (Jamie), Drew Wagner, Ryan McLaughlin (Gina), Kristy James (Darryl) and Scott McLaughlin. Great-grandfather of Hunter Clark, Eli Wagner and Emma McLaughlin. He is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Henry was a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard who proudly served his country. Following his military service, he became the proud owner of Wagner's Meat Market. He will be forever remembered as a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, who loved his country and treasured his family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, November 5th, 2011 from 10:00AM - 1:00PM, followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 1:00PM. Burial will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
