Gregory-Martin Funeral Home - Steubenville Obituary

Princess, as she was lovingly known, was born on July 16, 1967 to the union of Anderson J. and Hazel Simon in Steubenville, Ohio.

She attended and graduated from the Steubenville Public School System. She was a licensed nail technician and was currently employed by the Jefferson County Department of Jobs and Family Services as a Case Manager.

She was very active in her church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church, where she was a Deaconess, a member of the Mt. Zion Mass Choir, on the Pastor's Aide and a member of the Women's Ministry. Princess was also very active in the community.

She was a beautiful person and enjoyed making people laugh. She truly adored her family and more than anything loved her only son, Tony.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her parents; Anderson J. and Hazel Simon, her son; Tony, a sister; Natera Simon-Brown, a brother; Jay Simon, two nieces; Mary and Jaylyn, a nephew; Brendall, a host of other relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Gregory and Martin Funeral Service, 411 N. 7th Street, Steubenville, Ohio.
