You haven't had an easy life but have just picked yourself up time and again and continued on the journey set before you by God's hand. Mike, the Lord only knows in the early days we had our ups and downs but thank the Lord, we got all straightened out and we became great friends and you became one of the very best son in law's any man could ask for. I will always remember our fishing trips with Jason and little Greg and the many hours you and I worked on cars in my shop. Michael's Obituary
Michael Ray Burk passed away Aug. 24, 2012 at home in Anderson. He was born June 25, 1957 in Yuba City, CA. He graduated from Anderson High School in 1975. He was a former employee of Roseburg Forest Products. He was predeceased by a son, Jason Michael Burk. He is survived by wife, Cynthia in Anderson, his favorite father-in-law Don Canada from Anderson, his parents Ray and Juanita Burk from Anderson, sisters: Paula Vasquez from Anderson, Debbie Burk from Redding; daughters Ashlie Burk and Sommar Taurus from Anderson; four grandchildren: Kirsten, Bailey, Lucas and James Jr also favorite nieces: Regina and Nichole and Nephews Gage and Greg. Contributions can be made to the American Lung Association or your favorite charity .
