Sure sorry to hear that my "ole lunch buddy" has passed. Bob and I met at Whitey's Restaurant and became regular lunch buddies. When Whitey's closed we continued our lunch meetings at the VFW where we were frequently joined by other mutual friends. Always looked forward to seeing Bob. He spoke of his deceased wife quite often and always mentioned his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. I knew he loved them very much. Bob loved to talk and kept the conversations going at all times. He was a very caring and sincere person. I've certainly missed our lunches together which ended when Bob's Vision failed him and I retired, and our other friends were unable to have lunch at the VFW for various reasons. These were wonderful memories which I will never forget. Just thinking about these memories makes me miss Bob so much. God Bless Bob and may his family be comforted by the love Bob had for each of them. I know Bob is in a better place and has joined his wife and others in Paradise with our Lord and Savior.
