PATRICIA ANN (SEIBEL) DIDIER, went to be with the Lord at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, 2014. A Fort Wayne native, Pat, or Patsy as many of her friends called her, was born on Sept. 11, 1923. She graduated from South Side High School. After high school, she attended Stephens College for one year. She left Stephens and attended Indiana University where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. She pledged Pi Beta Phi Sorority at I.U. She was a member of Psi Ote sorority. She also volunteered at the Senior Citizens Center. She was a lifetime member of Trinity English Lutheran Church. "She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother". Surviving are her two children, Carl William (Melanie) Didier and Sarah Ann (Matthew Harvey) Didier both of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann (James) Zepke of Fort Wayne, and Justin Kyle Williams of Inverness, Fla.; four great-grandchildren, all living in Fort Wayne; along with two nieces, Susan (Seibel) Matteson of Fort Wayne and Linda (Seibel) Mall of Bellaire, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Dewey" Andrew Didier; a sister, Hildegarde Louise Seibel; a brother, Carl Seibel, Jr.; her father, Carl Seibel, Sr.; and her mother, Myrtle (Schick) Seibel. "The family wishes to give special thanks to her caregivers, Harriet Steinfield, Carol Reed, Alice Whitt, Diane Durnell, Karen Uetrecht and all the other Angel Corps. staff". Funeral services is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Winchester Road Chapel. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. I will miss cleaning for Mrs. Didier, sorry I wasn't able to make it to the viewing or funeral. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

It was my pleasure to assist Pat in her final year on earth. She was always a delight to care for. Her consideration of others and love for her family was apparent each and every day. I will truly miss this beautiful woman.
