I WILL BEST REMEMBER CARLOS AS A MAN OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. HE ALSO HAD A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR ESPECIALLY ABOUT SOMETHING CARLA HAD SAID OR DONE. I LEARNED A GREAT DEAL ABOUT ACCOUNTING AND ABOUT LIFE IN GENERAL FROM HIM OVER THE YEARS AND FOR THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE GREATFUL.
