Frank Anthony Folisi, 82, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015. He was born to the late Anthony and Jean (Arena) Folisi on July 30, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. Frank was preceded in death by his partner of forty years, Ray Williams of Brooklyn NY. Sisters: Josephine (Larry) Ranucci of Boynton Beach, FL and Annette (Teddy) Martucci of Boca Raton, FL.Frank leaves to grieve his passing his loving husband, Thomas Goodwin, Son Shawn Williams, Grandson David Williams, Granddaughter Jennifer Williams all of Brooklyn, NY. He has a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, nephews as well as very dear friends. After high school, Frank served in the National Guard and Merchant Marine. He attended the University of Hawaii before transferring to New York University where he received his BS and MBA in Human Resources. He worked as a Hospital Administrator in and around New York City. Frank loved the arts, opera, ballet, the symphony and Broadway shows. He was well traveled he often bragged on the 92 times he crossed the Atlantic, and raved about the numerous RSVP cruises he had went on. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. We are very sorry to learn that our dear American friend has passed away. We will always remember him and also Ray as our dear American friends. We have shared unforgettable memories when they were here with us in Holland and we visited them in New York and Florida.
