Leo J. Iannantuoni, 86, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the loving husband of Frances A. (Coppola) Iannantuoni. Born July 24, 1930, in Brockton, he was the son of the late Pasquale Iannantuoni and Virginia (Occhipinti) Iannantuoni. A lifelong Brockton resident, he attended Brockton schools. Leo served in the United States Army during the Korean War where he was honored with the Purple Heart Medal. Leo was the founder and operator of Leos Landscape Nursery of West Bridgewater. He was a member of the Lions Club, DAV and the Massachusetts Nursery Mens Association. He enjoyed to travel, fine dining, the outdoors and especially spending quality time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Frances A. (Coppola) Iannantuoni; his children, Leonard Iannantuoni and his partner Annie Chace of ME, Thresa L. Pigeon and her husband Michael of Lakeville, David Iannantuoni and his wife Shona of Brockton, Lori Packard and her husband Paul of Brockton and Michael Iannantuoni of Middleboro; his grandchildren, Nicole Murphy and her husband Ryan of Upton and Richard Easton of Lakeville; his sisters, Fran Canessa of Avon and Pat Sweeney and her husband Robert of Falmouth; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Toni Depietro. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte. 123), Brockton, Monday at 10 a.m. thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 439 West St., Brockton, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
