Gullick, Charles F. (Chuck)
Sept. 29, 1955 - Nov. 11, 2017
Charles F. (Chuck) Gullick passed away on November 11, 2017 at the age of 62. He was a longtime resident of Sarasota, FL. Chuck was a graduate of Upper St Claire High School in Pittsburgh, Pa. attended Purdue University, and graduated college at the University of Washington State.
Chuck owned and operated his own construction company, Gullick Construction, Inc. for 30 years in Sarasota. He was a boy scout pack leader for several years. He and his son George enjoyed these activities together.
Chuck is survived by wife Lisa, son George, daughter Charlie Anne, step-daughters Amanda and April, two grandchildren Arianna and Jackson, his mother Violet, and his brother Sam.
He loved black diamond snow skiing and was a great skier, deep-sea scuba diving reaching depths of 250 feet, underwater cave diving in Florida and Mexico, mountain climbing to the top of Mt. He was truly a man of his word and could always be counted on when needed.
Many thanks to Nurse on Call for their loving care and Tidewell Hospice for their wonderful services. Also, special thanks to Tony of TeamTony for their support throughout.

Knew Chuck growing up with my son in Upper St. Clair, but really got to know him when he built our house in Venice, Fl. in year 2000. What a smart and class guy he was I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I could possibly have had building a house. I enjoyed it from start to finish--I not only liked him but admired his smarts and integrity--a truly class act. May he rest in peace with God's blessings.

Chuck was my friend and I miss him. His son George and my son AJ are best friends. Chuck and I have spent a lot of time around campfires and other activities with our sons so was able to really get to know him. A class act and a role model for just being a good person.
