Wallace, Mary Joanna , Orlando, Florida (83), passed away peacefully December 8, 2017. Born February 23rd, 1934 in Lake City, Florida, Joanna was a graduate of the University of Florida, a long-time church organist, a retired Orange County employee, and an author. She was an active member at Calvary Assembly, the American Guild of Organists, Word Weavers, Adventures in Christian Writing and Women's Aglow. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard R. Adicks, Sr. and Inez Adicks, and her brother, UCF professor emeritus Dr. Richard R. Adicks, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Hugh H. Wallace, her four children and their spouses: David Wallace (Lisa), Tom Wallace (Leslie), Shirley Wallace Catella (Todd) and Diane Wallace Fagan (John), 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation is Monday, December 11th 6:30-8:30pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida, with Funeral Services at Calvary Assembly, 1199 Clay St., Winter Park, FL, December 12th at 2:00pm.
