KIEFER, Charles Thomas
58, passed away Monday, December 4, 2017. He was born in Tallahassee, FL. He graduated from Northeast High School in St. Petersburg, FL, attended the University of Montevallo where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He received a B.S. from U.S.F; A Dr. of Pharmacy from University of Florida and worked as a pharmacist for Walgreen's. Survivors include his parents, John and Gail; brother, Joe (Jody); sisters, Susan Crews (John); and Carol Stauffer (Bryan). Charles loved his family and delighted in having an active role in the lives of his nieces and nephews: Cameron, Alex, Chase, Brooke, Grant and Sarah. Charles' varied interests included racing pigeons, woodcarving and a special love for fishing and kayaking. Charles attended North East Park Baptist Church, 3737 1st St NE, where a memorial service will be held Saturday, December 16 at 2 pm. Memorials in his honor may be made to North East Park Baptist Church, Samaritan's Purse or the American Cancer Society. Charles will be dearly missed.

My wife, sister and I knew Charles only thru Walgreen's North Roosevelt Blvd. A fine man a hardworking employee and very personable. Fond memories of seeing him weekly and sharing stories. He recommend places to eat for us in the Florida Keys. He was correct the recommendations were excellent. He will be missed and God Bless him. Allan Sidney, Judi Sidney, Mary Sidney. I am sorry I missed the funeral notice so did not attend! Our condolences to his family! God Bless you too!

So sorry to hear of Charles' passing. We know he had a very though battle with his ailments. He is now in God's loving arms, and suffers no more. Our prayers are with all family members.
