PURCELL PURVIS, Denta Faye, 85, of Tampa, passed away November 29, 2012. Denta was a former member of Florida Avenue Baptist Church and enjoyed her career as a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, David. Denta is survived by her daughters, Cheryl E. Ferguson (Thomas) of Riverview, Krista Roberts of Tampa; grandsons, Jeremey A. Brown (Megan) of Brandon, Steven A. Brown of Riverview, and their father, Thomas E. Brown of Valrico; great-grandsons, Mitchell and Callum Brown; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held 6 - 8 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2012, and a funeral service 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2102 at Stowers Funeral Home with interment to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
