Oh my, what would I like to say about Leona? She was my mother. She was so very special. It has been 4 years now that she has left us, but it seems like yesterday. I can still remember the call from my brother Dan. I don't know how to tell you this, but Mom has died. Jonathan and I rushed to get our clothes on because it was after midnight. We drove to Tabor Hills. They were waiting for us. We went in. She was silent. I said my goodbyes and Jonathan asked for a few minutes with her. He did that. How can you end so quickly a life that meant so much to so many? This was a woman who deeply loved her family. She deeply loved the Lord. This was a woman who gave so much of herself for others. Truly an inspiration. God bless you dear Mom. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than you. I will love you till the end of time. Eileen
