HAGMAN
Margaretha (nee Denner), age 88, of Township of Washington, NJ on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.
Beloved wife of the late Sture Edward Hagman. Devoted mother of Linda Urban and her husband Warren Urban of Montvale, Margaretha D. Held and her husband Robert Held of Hillsdale. Loving and cherished grandmother of Kimberly and Krista Held. Dearest sister to the late Florence and Hank Gosch of River Edge. Adored aunt to Margaretha and Carl Johnson of Wayne.
Alumni of The Ohio State University where she studied Education. She loyally served at Tenafly High School teaching Home Economics before retiring to devote more time to her husband and daughters. Together the Hagman family shared her zest of travel and canoeing all across America, and her love of music, literature and gardening.
Memorial services were private. Her eternal rest will be in the scenic Adirondack Mountains where her family shared many memorable vacations.
The family asks for donations to Zion Lutheran School of Westwood, NJ, or Pancreatic Cancer research in lieu of flowers.
